# Connect LinkedIn, Email, CRM, Calendar, and Slack Apps

> Wire up every channel Sally works through — LinkedIn, email mailboxes, your CRM, your calendar, and Slack — from one unified integrations page.

Integrations is where you connect the tools Sally works through. Sally only uses what you connect — everything else stays quiet — so you can wire up one channel today and add the rest whenever you are ready. The page is split into a channel list on the left (each with a live status dot and a short summary) and a detail pane on the right for the channel you have selected.

<Tabs>
  <Tab title="LinkedIn">
    Connect your LinkedIn account so Sally can send connection requests, direct messages, and visit profiles on your behalf. Built-in daily limits keep your account inside LinkedIn's safe-use thresholds, and Sales Navigator is detected automatically when present.

    <Steps>
      <Step title="Open the LinkedIn channel">
        Select **LinkedIn** in the channel list, then click **Connect LinkedIn** in the detail header.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Enter your credentials">
        In the drawer, enter the email address and password for the LinkedIn account Sally should act as. Credentials are encrypted at rest and are never displayed back to you or your team.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Complete any verification">
        Sally signs in on your behalf. If LinkedIn requests a verification code, an authenticator code, or a CAPTCHA, a drawer opens in the app — enter the code or click the CAPTCHA image to resolve it. The progress card updates as each step completes.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Confirm you are connected">
        Once connected, the header switches to **Open LinkedIn** and the **Safe limits** card appears, showing your daily caps for connection invites, direct messages, post comments, and profile views.
      </Step>
    </Steps>

    <Note>
      LinkedIn safe limits reset daily. The caps increase automatically as your account warms up, protecting it from being flagged for unusual activity.
    </Note>

    <Tip>
      Click **Detect Sales Navigator** on the profile card to check whether your account has Sales Navigator. Sally uses it for richer search and export when it is available.
    </Tip>

    <Warning>
      If a sign-in fails, the LinkedIn pane shows the last error and an expandable sign-in log. Correct your credentials and click **Connect LinkedIn** again. Use **Reset session** to clear a stuck session before retrying.
    </Warning>
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Email">
    Add one or more sending mailboxes so Sally can send email on your behalf. You can connect Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or any custom SMTP server. Each mailbox gets its own settings, and you can spread sends across multiple mailboxes using rotation.

## FAQ

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Do I have to connect every channel?">
    No. Sally only uses what's connected — the rest stays quiet. Connect one channel to start and add others whenever you like.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why does LinkedIn ask for a code or captcha?">
    LinkedIn runs its own security checks when a new sign-in happens. Sally surfaces those checks in a drawer so you can complete them in the moment — enter the verification code, or click the captcha image to solve it. Several rounds may be needed.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What are LinkedIn safe limits?">
    Sally won't push past the daily caps shown in the Safe limits card (invites, messages, post comments, profile views). The numbers ramp up automatically as your account warms up, which protects your account from being flagged.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I use more than one mailbox?">
    Yes. Add multiple mailboxes and enable rotation so sends are spread across them. Set one as primary, and give each its own sender name and signature.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="My deliverability looks off — where do I check?">
    Open **Domain settings** in the Email channel to review SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your sending domains, and watch the bounce figure in the KPI strip.
  </Accordion>

## Troubleshooting

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="A channel shows 'needs attention'">
    The connection needs re-authentication or has a pending challenge. Open that channel — LinkedIn shows the last error and a sign-in log; calendars show a "Reconnect needed" card. Reconnect to clear it.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The connect popup didn't open">
    Your browser may have blocked it. Allow popups for Salestools and try **Connect** again. For calendars, if a popup stays blocked the page falls back to opening sign-in in the same tab.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A meeting type saved but didn't sync">
    Meeting types are cached on your device and synced to the server. If you see a "saved on this device, but couldn't sync" message, your edit is safe locally — reload and try again once you're back online.
