My Day pulls every open thread — Sally’s drafts, inbox replies, tasks, meetings, and pipeline — into one screen so you always know what to do next.
My Day is your personal action cockpit. It pulls every open thread across Salestools — Sally’s co-pilot drafts, inbox replies, AI actions, inbound leads, tasks, meetings, and pipeline value — into a single screen. Start each day knowing exactly what needs you, act on the highest-priority item first, and clear your queue without switching between tabs.
My Day is your personal dashboard. It always shows your own work only. Team-wide approvals and managing a teammate’s queue live in the manager Cockpit, not here.
The Awaiting you section gives you an instant read of every open thread across five surfaces.
1
Read the hero count
The banner greets you and shows the total number of items waiting — for example, “7 things waiting on you.” The primary button routes you to whichever surface has the most items. When everything is cleared, the banner switches to “You’re all caught up.”
2
Pick a surface from the pills
Below the banner, five clickable pills break the total into categories. Each shows a live count:
Pill
What it opens
Co-Pilot drafts
Your task and approval queue
Inbox replies
The inbox filtered to messages needing your attention
AI actions
Autonomous agent actions awaiting your review
Inbound to assign
Inbound leads waiting to be routed
Team approvals
The manager Cockpit (managers only)
3
Act on the next best action
Below the pills, the Next best action card surfaces Sally’s single highest-confidence pending draft — showing who it is addressed to, Sally’s drafted reasoning, confidence score, channel, sequence step, and when it was prepared.Choose one of three actions:
Approve & send — sends immediately and loads the next draft.
Review in queue → — opens the full queue for more context.
Skip — moves this draft to the back of the queue.
When the queue is empty, the card displays a calm “You’re all caught up.”
Use the Next best action card first thing every morning. Working top-to-bottom through Sally’s highest-confidence drafts means your most promising outreach goes out while intent is freshest — before you open email or check Slack.
When awaiting items are stacking up, Salestools can turn the backlog into a set of focused, scheduled tasks for today.
1
Open Plan day
In the Today’s plan card, click ✦ Plan day. If you have no tasks yet but work is waiting, you will see an Auto-plan → prompt instead — click it to reach the same planner.
2
Choose how many of each to tackle
The planner groups proposed tasks by source — Co-Pilot drafts, inbox replies, AI actions, and so on. Use the stepper next to each source to set how many items to take on today, for example 5 of 12 Co-Pilot drafts. You can also edit the task title, set a priority level (high / medium / low), and adjust the due date.
3
Create the tasks
Tick the sources you want and click Create tasks. The tasks appear in your Today’s plan card, each with a progress bar that fills as you clear the underlying items from the queue.
Need a one-off reminder that is not tied to the backlog? Use + Add task in the same card to create a manual task with a custom title, priority, and due date.
The Today’s plan card lists every open task due today, with overdue and due-today counts shown in the card header.
1
Complete a task
Click the checkbox or Done. Source-linked tasks show a done / target progress bar — if you mark a task done before reaching its target count, Salestools prompts you to confirm before closing it.
2
Snooze a task
Click Snooze to push the task to tomorrow at 9 am. Both Done and Snooze apply instantly, with a toast notification that rolls back the action if the save fails.
The right side of the page and the sections below the task card give you a full picture of the day without leaving the screen.
Today's schedule (right rail)
Shows your pending approvals marked YOUR CALL and today’s meetings in chronological order. A Progress bar at the top indicates how many of today’s approvals you have already cleared. Click Open queue → to jump to the full approval list.
Calendar · today
Displays your next few meetings with a Join link when a meeting URL is available. If no calendar is connected, this section prompts you to link your Google or Microsoft account in settings.
Approvals
Lists Sally’s pending drafts, filterable by channel — all, email, LinkedIn, or calls. Click any row to open that draft directly in your approval queue.
Pipeline
Shows your total open value, weighted value, and a per-stage bar list. Click + open pipeline to open the full deal board.
Sally's recent actions
A live ticker of Sally’s latest sends, opens, and held items — for example, 10:25 · sent · Kevin. Held or paused items are highlighted so you can spot anything Sally is waiting on you to resolve.
Recommendations
A collapsible section surfacing live buying signals and priority leads from AI Intelligence. Your open or closed preference is remembered between sessions.
A dash means that surface could not be loaded right now — not that the count is zero. Salestools never shows a false zero; it displays an honest unknown state. Hit Refresh in the hero to re-pull all counts. The hero will not claim you are all caught up while any surface is in an error state.
Why is the Team approvals pill always zero for me?
Team approvals is gated to managers. If you are not a manager, the pill stays at zero and routes to the admin Cockpit. My Day itself only ever shows your personal work.
What does the auto-approval percentage mean?
It is the share of Sally’s actions that go out automatically without waiting for your review. The higher your trust settings, the higher this number climbs. A dash means the figure is not yet available.
Meetings today shows 0 but I have meetings on my calendar.
Meetings are pulled from your connected calendar and only include events starting today in your local timezone. If the tile is empty, verify that your Google or Microsoft calendar integration is connected in settings.
What is the difference between My Day and the Dashboard?
My Day is your action cockpit — it shows what needs you right now and gives you the tools to clear it. The Dashboard is for trends, performance analytics, and team-level numbers over time.
